WordSmart - Will not honor guarantee
I was tricked into buying this software not knowing that I would be set up on an automatic shipment and automatic credit card charge, so I called the company within the 30 day guarantee.The representative Lisa (employee number 1495) informed me that since my son had not used the software the guarantee did not apply There is nothing in the guarantee that says he has to use it.
It only says that I have to request a refund within 30 days which I did.
She became beligerent and said that she is just trying to save me money.She refused to give me a refund based on the fact that I told her that my son did not use the software.
